Anthony Adélẹ́yẹ Ọlájídé, known in the arts scene as Ẹ̀dá Dúdú, is a photographer from Ekiti State, South West Nigeria, whose work centres on the aesthetics of traditional Yoruba festivals and indigenous spirituality. Holding a Masters in Philosophy from the University of Ibadan, he brings a rigorous intellectual foundation to his practice — having previously taught Philosophy, Philosophical Anthropology and Existentialism at Ekiti State University. He has published two photography books, each containing over a thousand images alongside detailed explorations of traditional West African art and spirituality. Adélẹ́yẹ is the founder of Ẹ̀dá Dúdú Cultural and Traditional Media — known as Ẹ̀dá Dúdú TV — a platform dedicated to showcasing the beauty of indigenous Yoruba and West African spiritual practices.
